No Nonsense Here! From my favourite television show,Qi

Well, Challengers. I’ve acquiesced to your wishes and avoided using any of those silly special days. Just had a few late entries so I’ll try to finish this No Nonsense November tonight.

In adding those later prompts, I discovered a plethora of prompts I had completely missed. Silly me!

Of course, you don’t have to answer all of them. You only have to write for your own prompt. I haven’t seen Adam Craig’s response to his “A Completely Useless Skill I’m Weirdly Proud Of.” I’m really looking forward to it.

I’m proud of all the wonderful stories you writers continue to submit for each of the prompts. Such a creative coterie you are. (I had to look that up.)

You know I’m not a fan of AI for a number of reasons. I realise sometimes it’s necessary for you to use AI to create a picture for your story. But I do love you using your own photos, even if they’re not great. I would prefer you to use Unsplash where you can as they are human photographers’ work rather than AI-created ones.

You’ve excelled yourself with creativity this month. Using those silly days was an easy way out. I would never have thought of some of these in a million years… yes, I am prone to exaggeration.

In my retirement, I enjoy editing for writers other than my children. My main roles are Editor of the Challenged and True Travel Tales. I also like to write.
