## France Fresh Company Leads — New Registrations Feed 🇫🇷

Get **newly-registered French companies every day**, enriched and CRM-ready.

This Actor turns France's official **BODACC** company-registration gazette into a
clean, deduplicated lead feed. Point it at a look-back window (or your last run
date), optionally narrow by **sector, department, or legal form**, and get back
freshly-incorporated companies — each enriched with its **NAF activity, founders,
head-office address, headcount band and coordinates**.

Built for B2B prospecting: banks, insurers, accountants, agencies and SaaS teams
who want to reach a business in its first weeks — before everyone else does.

### Why this over a raw BODACC scraper

Most BODACC tools dump the bare legal notice (name, town, court). This Actor
**joins each registration to the official `recherche-entreprises` API**, so every
lead already carries:

- **NAF / APE activity code** — so you can target by sector
- **Founders / officers** by name, role and birth year
- **Head-office address**, postcode, commune and GPS coordinates
- **Employee band** and enterprise category
- **Legal form** and share capital

…and it **deduplicates by SIREN** and is **delta-native** — designed to be
scheduled daily so each run returns only what's new.

### Scheduling a daily feed

Schedule the Actor daily with `lastNDays: 2` (a small overlap absorbs BODACC
publication lag; rows are deduplicated by SIREN within each run). Push the
dataset straight to your CRM, a Google Sheet, or a webhook.

### Pay-per-event

This Actor is metered per result. Configure two events in the Actor's
monetization settings (names must match the code):

- **`lead`** — charged once per company row returned
- **`enrichment`** — charged once per company enriched (only when `enrich` is on)

### Data sources & legality

- **BODACC** — Bulletin Officiel des Annonces Civiles et Commerciales, official
  DILA open data (Licence Ouverte / CC-BY), via the Opendatasoft Explore API.
- **recherche-entreprises** (Annuaire des Entreprises) — official open API over
  INSEE Sirene + INPI RNE.

Both are official open-government data — no login, no API key, no scraping of
private pages. Records flagged non-diffusible by the registrant are returned with
`[NON-DIFFUSIBLE]` placeholders, as required by French law.

This is an **informational lead feed**, not a compliance or KYC certification.

## `lastNDays` (type: `integer`):

Return companies whose creation notice was published in BODACC within the last N days. Ignored if 'Published since' is set. For a daily scheduled feed, use 1–2.

## `sinceDate` (type: `string`):

Only companies with a BODACC creation notice published on/after this date. Overrides the look-back window. Use to page from your last run.

## `legalPersonsOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only 'personnes morales' (SAS, SARL, SCI, SA…) and drop individual entrepreneurs / auto-entrepreneurs. Recommended for B2B prospecting.

## `departments` (type: `array`):

French department codes to include, e.g. 75, 92, 2A. Leave empty for all of France.

## `nafPrefixes` (type: `array`):

Keep only companies whose NAF activity code starts with one of these, e.g. 56 (food service), 10.71 (bakery), 62 (IT). Requires enrichment. Leave empty for all sectors.

## `enrich` (type: `boolean`):

Join each company to the official recherche-entreprises API to add NAF activity, officers by name, head-office address, employee band and coordinates. Turn off for a faster, bare notice feed.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of lead rows to return per run.
