## Pythia · GitHub Org Repo Scraper

List every public repo for any GitHub org or user. Language histogram, stars, last activity, fork status. Tech-stack discovery in one API call.

### What it does

Uses GitHub's public REST API (works without token; with `GITHUB_TOKEN` env var = 5000 req/hr vs 60). Single-shot per org; returns up to 100 repos.
