## Pricing

from $100.00 / 1,000 property results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

# README

### Idealista Listing Scraper

Scrape property details from Idealista listing URLs using Playwright + Camoufox.

Idealista is protected by DataDome, so the default uses an Apify Residential proxy with ES geolocation and a warmup visit before the listing URL.

### Input

- `startUrls` (required): Listing URLs to scrape.
- `maxRequestsPerCrawl`: Limit processed listings (0 = unlimited).
- `maxConcurrency`: Browser concurrency (recommend 1-2).
- `maxRequestRetries`: Retries per request.
- `requestDelaySecs`: Delay between requests (recommend >= 2).
- `warmupBeforeNavigation`: Visit homepage + accept cookies before listing.
- `warmupUrl`: Warmup URL, defaults to `https://www.idealista.com/`.
- `sessionMaxUsageCount`: Rotate sessions after this many requests.
- `proxyConfiguration`: Apify proxy settings.
- `includeContactDetails`: Extract agent/owner contact name and phone when available.

Example input:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.idealista.com/en/inmueble/110288337/" }],
  "maxRequestsPerCrawl": 1,
  "maxConcurrency": 1,
  "requestDelaySecs": 2,
  "warmupBeforeNavigation": true,
  "sessionMaxUsageCount": 3,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": ["RESIDENTIAL"],
    "apifyProxyCountry": "ES"
  }
}
```

### Output

Each dataset item includes:

- `url`, `title`, `price`, `priceCurrency`, `operation`, `propertyType`, `description`
- `address`, `postalCode`, `city`, `province`, `country`, `latitude`, `longitude`
- `sizeM2`, `rooms`, `bedrooms`, `bathrooms`, `floor`
- `features`, `images`, `contactName`, `contactPhone`, `contactType`, `scrapedAt`

### Local Development

```bash
apify run
```

### Search Market Analysis Actor

The separate `actors/idealista-search-analysis` Actor accepts an Idealista search URL, crawls the result pages, and returns one dataset row per property. It also writes `SUMMARY` to the default key-value store with average, median, min/max, and weighted price per m², separated into sale and rent groups.

Example input:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.idealista.com/venta-viviendas/malaga-malaga/" }],
  "maxPages": 5,
  "maxItems": 100,
  "maxConcurrency": 1,
  "requestDelaySecs": 2
}
```

Sale values are currency per m². Rent values are currency per m² per month when the listing price is monthly. The two Actors share the repository and deployment workflow but remain independently runnable and priceable.

### Notes

- Keep `maxConcurrency` low to reduce blocks.
- If you are blocked, increase delay and rotate sessions more frequently.
- Sessions are reused for up to 3 listings by default to reduce residential-proxy cost.
- `proxyConfiguration.useApifyProxy: false` is supported for controlled direct-access testing.
