## SEC EDGAR Filings Extractor

Search and extract **SEC EDGAR filings** as clean, typed dataset records — the
fastest way to feed regulatory filings into dashboards, alert pipelines, and
AI/RAG workflows. **No API key required.**

### Two modes

#### Full-text search

Search a phrase across all EDGAR filings — find every 10-K that mentions
"material weakness", every 8-K mentioning your competitor, every S-1 citing
"artificial intelligence".
