## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

## Property Finder UAE Real Estate Agents & Brokers Scraper

Export the directory of real estate agents advertising on Property Finder across the UAE —
their email, phone and WhatsApp, the agency they work for, the areas they cover, the
languages they speak, their licence number, how many live listings they have, and their
ratings and reviews.

Filter by nationality, listing activity, quality status or whether they publish an email,
so you get the agents who are genuinely working in your segment rather than dormant
profiles.

### What you get

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `id`, `name`, `url` | Agent identifier, name and profile link |

| `bio` | The agent's own profile text |
| `email`, `phone`, `whatsapp` | Contact details as published on the profile |
| `linkedin` | LinkedIn profile, where the agent published one |
| `nationality`, `nationality_code` | Nationality and its two-letter country code |

| `listings_residential_for_sale`, `listings_residential_for_rent` | Split by purpose |

{
  "nationalities": ["RU", "GB"],
  "minListings": 5,
  "superAgentsOnly": false,
  "withEmailOnly": true,

```
Leave every filter empty to get the whole directory.
One row per agent:
```json

  "url": "https://www.propertyfinder.ae/en/broker/jane-doe",
  "position": "Senior Property Consultant",

  "reviews_count": 31
}
```
### Use cases
- **Lead lists.** Build a contactable list of agents in your target nationality and
  language group, filtered to those with real listing activity.
- **Recruitment.** Find productive agents by listing counts, ratings and years in the
  market, with a way to reach them.
- **Agency mapping.** See which agencies employ how many agents, where they are based and
  how active they are.
- **Partner search.** Match agents by language for international buyer referrals.
- **Market coverage.** Count agent supply per nationality, per agency and per community.
- **Service benchmarking.** Compare response times, ratings and review volumes.
### What is and is not included
Included: everything in the field table above, for agent profiles published in the site's
public agent directory.
Not included:
- the agent's individual listings; this returns profiles and their listing counts
- agencies as such — the agency name, city and office address come attached to each agent
- the text of the reviews; the rating, the review count and the score spread are returned
- profiles the site has not published
Contact details are the ones each agent published on their own public profile so that
clients can reach them.
Some profiles are published without a LinkedIn address, a rating or a commercial listing
count; those fields come back as `null` or zero rather than being dropped.
### What it costs
**$3.00 per 1,000 agents.** No charge for starting a run, and no charge for the filters
you try before you find the right ones.
On top of that Apify bills your account for what the run consumes on the platform —
computing time and data transfer. This actor reads the directory directly, without a
browser, so that part stays small: in our own measurements three thousand agents came to
about two cents.
### FAQ
**How current are the listing counts?** They reflect what the site shows at the time of
the run. Re-run on a schedule to track changes.
**Why do some agents have no listings?** Profiles stay published after listings expire.
Set a minimum number of listings to filter those out.
**What does the top-rated status mean?** It is the site's own award for agents who meet
its quality and responsiveness criteria. It is returned as a flag so you can filter on it
yourself.
**Are the deal figures verified?** No. Agents state those numbers themselves and the site
does not confirm them, so most profiles show zero. They are returned as published and
named accordingly.
**Can I get everything at once?** Yes, up to the run limit you set. If anything matched
your filters but could not be returned, the run summary says so.
# Actor input Schema
## `nationalities` (type: `array`):
Keep only agents of these nationalities, as two-letter country codes such as GB, IN or RU. Leave empty to cover the whole directory.
## `minListings` (type: `integer`):
Keep only agents who currently have at least this many listings. Useful for skipping dormant profiles.
## `superAgentsOnly` (type: `boolean`):
Keep only agents the site has awarded its own quality status.
## `withEmailOnly` (type: `boolean`):
Skip agents who publish a phone number but no email.
## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
Stop after this many agents. Keep it modest for a first trial run.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
Proxy used to reach the site. The default works for most runs; switch on a residential proxy if the site starts refusing requests.
## Actor input object example
```json
{
  "nationalities": [],
  "superAgentsOnly": false,
  "withEmailOnly": false,
  "maxItems": 1000,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": false
  }
}
```
# Actor output Schema
## `agents` (type: `string`):
One row per agent: name, agency, licence number, languages, nationality, email and how many properties they list.
