## SEC Form 4 Monitor — Insider Trading Filings

Track **new SEC Form 4 filings** (statements of changes in beneficial ownership — the form corporate insiders file when they buy or sell their company's stock) straight from EDGAR's official daily indexes.

Insider activity is one of the most-watched signals in equity research. This actor gives you the raw feed, filterable by ticker or CIK, within a day of filing.
