Run **full-text searches across SEC EDGAR filings** and export clean, structured results:
company, CIK, form type, filing date, description, and a **direct link to the exact
document** — as JSON, CSV, or Excel. Official SEC data, fetched live.

**Is this official data?** Yes — the SEC's own EDGAR full-text search system, queried
politely within the SEC's published fair-access guidelines.

**How far back does it go?** EDGAR full-text search covers filings from 2001 onward.

**Can I get the document contents too?** This actor returns metadata + direct document
URLs; pair it with any fetcher (or ask the developer — a contents actor is planned).

**How fresh?** Live at run time; new filings appear in EDGAR FTS shortly after acceptance.
