## Redfin Scraper

Scrape **Redfin** real estate listings - homes for sale and rentals. Get price, beds, baths, square footage, address, ZIP, MLS ID, days on market, HOA fee, coordinates, listing description and photos.

### How to use it

1. Go to Redfin and search the area you want.
2. Copy the URL from your browser (e.g. `https://www.redfin.com/city/30818/TX/Austin`).
3. Paste it into `searchUrls`, pick for-sale or for-rent, and run.

City, county and neighborhood URLs are supported.

### Notes and limits

- **Redfin returns up to 350 listings per area.** To cover a bigger market, add several URLs (neighborhoods or nearby cities) instead of one broad one.
- **ZIP-code URLs are not supported** - Redfin uses an internal ID for ZIPs that is not present in the URL. Use a city, county or neighborhood URL.
- **Sold listings are not available.** Redfin's public listing feed does not expose sold data, so this Actor does not claim to return it.
- Listings where Redfin withholds the price return `price: null` rather than a made-up number.
- Failed requests are **not charged**.
