Nybolig is a Danish real-estate portal and franchise network that lists properties for sale/rent and a directory of 200+ local estate agents across Denmark. The site offers searchable property listings, agent profiles, valuation tools and services to help users buy or sell homes. It's primarily a marketplace connecting buyers/sellers with local real estate brokers.

### Introduction

The Nybolig.dk scraper accepts listing search URLs or detail URLs. Search URLs are paginated through the Nybolig API, and detail pages are scraped for structured listing data.
