**Do I need a proxy?** No. The default Luma engine works direct. A proxy is only used automatically if Luma blocks you.

**Why 0 results with a past date window?** Luma's discover API only surfaces *upcoming* events, so a window entirely in the past returns nothing on the Luma engine. Use a future window, or `searchEngine: "google"` for indexed-date (historical) search.

**Can I scrape specific events I already know?** Yes — paste their URLs into `startUrls`.

## `resolvePlaceId` (type: `boolean`):

Resolve the location to Luma's internal place id for accurate server-side geo-filtering. Falls back to text matching if it can't be resolved.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

The scraper starts WITHOUT a proxy. If Luma blocks requests it automatically falls back to a datacenter proxy, then a residential proxy (sticky). Keep Apify Proxy enabled so these fallbacks are available.
