Every record carries the listed date and last-updated date, the number of photos and gallery items, and flags for whether the listing has a flyer, an offering memorandum, a video or a virtual tour, so you can score recency, freshness and how well marketed each asset is.
**What happens with unpriced listings or missing fields?**
Unpriced listings are included by default and excluded automatically when you set a minimum price. Fields like cap rate, APN, year built and zoning are only present when the broker published them, so they appear when available and are left empty otherwise.
