**How do I scrape reviews for a specific company on Trustpilot?**
Add the company website domain, for example amazon.com or booking.com, to the Company Domains field, or paste the full Trustpilot review URL into the Trustpilot Review URLs field. The scraper resolves each one to its Trustpilot profile and collects the profile plus its reviews.

**How many reviews can I collect per company?**
Set Max Reviews Per Company to any number. Trustpilot serves 20 reviews per page and the scraper paginates automatically until it reaches your limit or runs out of reviews. Large companies such as Amazon have tens of thousands of reviews available.

**Can I filter reviews by star rating or language?**
Yes. Use the Star Rating Filter to keep only one to five star reviews, and the Review Language field to restrict reviews to a single language such as en, es, de or fr. Leave both empty to collect everything.

**Does it include the company reply to each review?**
Yes. When a company has replied to a review, the reply message and its publish date are included in the review record. Reviews without a reply return an empty reply value.

**What happens if a domain has no Trustpilot profile?**
The scraper returns an error record for that entry with the input URL so you can see which companies were not found, while continuing with the rest of your list.
