The Real Reason Why Men Cheat
Women will be shocked.
There’s a sad reality about the current world we live in: 20% of men have reported having an affair with someone other than their spouse while married. And let’s not even talk about girlfriends, because the number is even higher.
It’s like infidelity is so normalized that people don’t even get surprised when it happens. It’s even expected in certain people and situations, as if it were the final straw in a relationship.
For many people, it is so common that they have joked that all their partners cheat on them at certain times, as if it were something to make fun of.
One of my close friends is one of them. She said that she has lost all trust and hope in men, and she’s looking for other qualities and advantages, like the man having money, so she doesn’t feel so bad when “it eventually happens.”
But the real question here is: can it be avoided? If we do everything right in the relationship, is it possible to avoid being cheated on at some point?
And the sad answer is no, because the reason men cheat on women is one we cannot prevent.
