This is painfully accurate. Those architecture diagrams look like the blueprint for a spaceship, but they completely ignore the one thing that actually matters: the user's question. It's a lot easier to draw arrows between "Vector DB" and "Agents" than it is to explain how the system actually finds the right answer and doesn't hallucinate.
