Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I am stuck in an automated rejection loop for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

I have meticulously updated both my Public Profile and Billing Information to exactly match the formatting on my official transcript from Al-Arqam National Intermediate School: "M H H ALQAHTANI" (with the exact letters and spaces).

The document is official, written in English, and clearly demonstrates my current enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year. Despite the live camera capture scoring a white checkmark (✓), the system instantly rejects it claiming a name mismatch.

Since individual tickets are closed, could a staff member or community moderator please look into my account or provide a secure way to review my evidence manually?

That definitely sounds frustrating, especially if you've already ensured that your profile information matches your document exactly.

A few things you may want to double-check:

• Make sure your Public Profile and Billing Information match your document character for character, including spaces, initials, capitalization, and punctuation.
• Verify that the document is current, official, and clearly shows your full name, your institution, and your enrollment for the current academic year.
• Ensure the camera photo is sharp, well-lit, and that all text is fully visible without glare or cropped edges.

If all of those are correct and you're still being rejected immediately, it's possible the automated verification system isn't able to confidently verify your document.

At that point, there isn't much more you can change on your end. Since you've already described the issue clearly, I'd recommend waiting for a GitHub Education staff member or moderator to review your discussion. They have access to tools that the community doesn't and can advise whether a manual review or another verification method is appropriate.
