Subject: GitHub Education Verification – Repeated Rejections Despite Valid Documents

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the GitHub Education verification process.

I have submitted my verification request nearly 10 times, and each time I have uploaded genuine and valid documents, including my college ID card, college admission documents, and university examination admit card. Despite providing authentic documentation, my application is repeatedly rejected.

The main problem is that the image upload process appears to blur or reduce the quality of the documents after they are uploaded. Because of this, important details such as my name, my photograph, or my institution's logo become unclear. As a result, every rejection email mentions a different issue. For example:

One email says my name is not clearly visible.
Another says my college logo is not visible.
Another indicates that my photograph or document cannot be verified.

Even after correcting the issue mentioned in one rejection and uploading a clearer version, the next submission is rejected for an entirely different reason. This makes it impossible to understand exactly what needs to be fixed and has turned the verification process into a frustrating cycle.

I have verified that the original images on my device are high resolution and clearly readable. The loss of clarity seems to occur during or after the upload process, which suggests there may be an issue with image processing or compression on the verification platform.

I respectfully request that:

My verification request be reviewed manually by a member of the GitHub Education team.
My uploaded documents be examined in their original quality.
If any issue still exists, please provide a single, detailed explanation of all required corrections instead of different rejection reasons on each submission.
