I had the same issue. A workaround that worked for me was to keep a clear photo of the document ready on your device. During the verification process, after the camera captures the image, discard that photo and upload the pre-taken photo from your device instead. Try this—it worked in my case. |

Hi everyone,
I am trying to complete my student verification using my official academic transcript. However, during the live camera capture process on multiple devices (iPhone, Samsung S23, and laptop), the camera repeatedly fails to focus or shakes at the end of the 3-second countdown, resulting in a blurry photo that gets automatically rejected.
My transcript contains all required details:
Full Name, School, Student ID, Current Academic Term.
Since the live camera capture flow only allows a single photo and cannot capture the text clearly due to the autofocus glitch
