Hi everyone,

I've tried numerous times to get this application through the automated system. In the most recent attempt, I asked the registrar to send me an enrollment verification letter that has all the requirements. The automated system cant even find the schools name, which is very clearly there. on the letter, nor can it find my name. The support sends me to AI which just parrots the same advice, over, and over, and doesn't let me submit a ticket or ask for a manual review. I've changed my name on the billing section it github many times to try and match the schools documents. I have two middle names which complicates it. Currently the github billing name is the same as the schools enrollment letter name. What can I do?

I tried one more time. I had to cut off half of the letter, and just focus on the requirements, and it finally went through after about eight or nine attempts.
