Hi everyone,

I am an online student with BYU-Pathway Worldwide studying remotely from South Sudan. My billing details and profile name match perfectly, but the system rejects me due to a campus location mismatch. Can a community administrator assist?

Community administrators on the forum cannot manually review or approve applications.

Here is how to get approved as a BYU-Pathway online student:

1. Upload Distance-Learning Proof: Your document (enrollment letter or receipt) must explicitly state that you are an online/distance student.
2. Match Billing & Location: Ensure your GitHub billing address is set to South Sudan, and enable browser GPS/location permissions when submitting.
3. Open a Support Ticket: If the bot still auto-rejects you, submit a ticket directly at [GitHub Education Support](https://support.github.com/contact/education). Request a manual review specifically for online/distance learning.

Only official support ticket agents can override the campus location script.
