Discussion templates

Feature request
Availability of discussion templates similar to issue templates, optionally bound to categories.

Use cases

• Ask me anything (AMA) template
• Request for comments (RFC) template
• Working instructions (WIN) template
• User acceptance testing (UAT) template
• Contributor onboarding questionnaire (COQ) checklist

this is a very much needed feature.

My problem: I want to let the user know about how they need to include a particular string in their message so that we can build automation on top of it.

One possible solution to this is to add discussion templates in the same way we can for issues/pull requests 👍🏻
