Alert me when a macOS password prompt is blocking an agent

When something an agent runs makes macOS show a system password prompt, I see no sign of it in the chat. The agent just looks busy while the prompt waits on the desktop, and from my phone I can't tell.

I'd want T3 Code to notice that a system password prompt is open on the machine it runs on, and send my phone an alert such as "Mac is asking for a password". The alert should clear when the prompt closes. I'd want it to report as little about the prompt as practical.

I built an earlier version of this in my fork if it helps, though it isn't in my current build.
