Have you heard of Udio?
It’s a Generative AI model for Music and Songs.
I recently stumbled upon a podcast on how AI has been applied in real-time. That’s when I got to know about this generative AI model called the Udio, which can generate audio, video and text prompt-based customized and personal songs. This application sounded promising to anyone aspiring to become a digital music maestro, if only they use it wisely. My interest in music has been as good as every other fifteen minutes of Disney princess movies whenever I’m at home, but only to remain a stashed bond. I can hardly display it in public.
This podcast really prompted me to try making my poems aka lazywrites into a song , hoping I can come up with good soul stuff like Taylor Swift. I tried a couple of similar online platforms which was prompt based but only this particular application was promising to help me with my intentions. I even tried the ChatGPT to find anything that can provide this service, and I did find few platforms which made my poems sound better with words but not quite what I expected before I started my hunt for Udio.

Okay, a quick rewind on why I was trying everything except the Udio platform mentioned in the podcast before you assume I must be an unwise (referring to my above point on becoming a digital music maestro. 😊)
I tried the exact platform first but this is what happened.
I didn’t want to call the company because they were asking for my card details for free subscription on the website (if you are someone like me, you would know what would make anyone hesitate doing it.) I was already dreading on the spam mails I have invited into my inbox as a result of my jobless Saturday evening. Even after multiple attempts and more research on such platforms, I turned out to be unsuccessful on this venture . Not quite sure if the problem is with the region but sure I will try it again. Let me know in the comments or LinkedIn chat if you’ve come across such platforms which can help you make your personal songs and what do you think about copyrights on such songs.
