Focaccia
This is my first entry. I have been wanting to write but inertia got the better of me. Writing is both an outlet for my inner thoughts and emotions; it is also something that I hope perhaps could help me monetize a passive income one day. So fear not, AI is not writing this piece or any other pieces to come.
It’s Sunday — a day where rest is possible — one where I fiercely defended. I shall not explain why or how, at least not now, but just know that I appreciate my rest days a lot.

I waited patiently for Uncle, the father of an online vegan bakery that I order from every month. He delivers for his daughter’s online business. Can I make my own focaccia? I suppose I can. Online recipes make it look easy but did I make an attempt? No. I think I’d rather support vegan businesses in this already difficult economy. If spending a few bucks can bring me my beloved loaf, I think it is money well spent. Uncle arrived at about 4.30 p.m. with a wide smile. We exchanged a short greeting and he left in a jiffy to make other deliveries.
Random musings: My dad struck the lottery today. It is no big sum but I am mentioning this because he bought my late granddad’s year of birth after I told him I dreamt of Grandad last Thursday. Is this pure luck or what?
