OneNote For Engineering student 👩🔬.
Note-taking is an essential thing for all the students in the world and it can be done in several ways. One of the most efficient ways nowadays is to use the free Microsoft program OneNote. I will briefly share with you what I liked about OneNote after a year of using it.
If you are an engineering or any field student, you properly can guess how my desk looks like before using OneNote!

Papers and notebooks everywhere that makes me feel uncomfortable. However, I decided to use OneNote after I bought my new Microsoft surface computer that changes the game for me.
What make it special ?
1 What I liked about taking note using OneNote is how organized it looks like.
look at how my courses are perfectly sorted out. When you click at one of the courses, you will see all its chapters and lectures. the More Notbookes option allows you to access your previous semesters’ notes.

2 contain a varied collection of pens and colors that allow you to draw, highlight, and even writing.
3 The checklist option. I am a huge checklist fan and having this option here helped me a lot with reviewing, since it shows me the significant ideas in each lecture.
4 One of its amazing fractures is the non-limited pages. you can write and draw everywhere and the page will expand automatically. The reason why I am crazy about this feature is that I like to make map charts notes, so having this option allows me to add more information whenever I want during the semester.
5 create a quiz about your lectures by Microsoft Form. OneNote allows inserting the quizzes that you make by Microsoft Form. I like this feature especially for the theoretical lectures that contain much information to be memorized.
6 Under “Insert” you will find many helpful tools and one theme is the stickers. I know it’s not the most important thing to use, but it makes studying and note-taking more fun!
OneNote’s advantages are not just limited to what I mentioned. There are many more amazing things here, but I just want to focus on what makes it different from other digital note-taking programs.
