If all barriers disappeared?

What i want has always been simple.

My dream life is not grand, and I don’t say that to be like "im not like everyone else!" I’ve put genuine, long term consideration into it.

When I see what I want in life, I see myself sitting on the porch of a simple one story house. Im wrapped in a soft blanket, sitting in a wooden rocking chair, drinking a mug of coffee, watching the sunrise/sunset over the soft green hillsides. My husband would walk out the door and stand beside me, hand softly rubbing my shoulders as we take in the views together. I’d have two kids, their laughter echoing throughout the house and out the door as they run and play. I don’t want an expensive car, or a mansion, or to be famous. I just want...a simple, fulfilled life, shared with those i hold dearest.

It brings me warmth. Its become my safe place in my mind and heart. While its not in the physical world yet, it exists within me and I visit there often. Its nice there, a place where time asks nothing of you. There’s no need, no rush, no expectations. Its like a warm hug from that family member that made you feel safe when you were a kid. A relaxation you can’t force. That feeling of "Finally. Im home."
