CTC-0 Orbital Relay Challenge Update

Cadets, we heard your feedback. The complex procedure of our original CTC-0 Orbital Relay prevented some Cadets from participating. We build community activities for all Cadets, regardless of technical background or familiarity with satellite operations.

Therefore, we have simplified the challenge while retaining the core objective: verifying our tech using independent tools. And yes, the $2,500 SPACE token prize pool still stands.

Read on for full details of your updated challenge.

The Updated Challenge

Use your favorite AI chatbot, search engine, or third-party tracking site like N2YO.com to find CTC-0’s NORAD catalog number.

What is a NORAD Catalog Number?

The NORAD Catalog Number is a unique identification number assigned by the United States Space Command to every object tracked in Earth’s orbit. When a satellite receives a NORAD number, it means the U.S. military’s Space Surveillance Network has independently detected, tracked, and cataloged it in space. This number provides third-party, government-verified confirmation of the orbital presence of an object.

Anyone can look up CTC-0’s NORAD number on public tracking sites to see real-time orbital data and pass predictions over their location. It’s the gold standard for verifying a satellite is in orbit.

What you need to do:

1. Find the NORAD catalog number for CTC-0
2. Explore the satellite details on N2YO. You can even check if CTC-0 passes over your location!
3. Submit your findings via this form. It will ask:

• CTC-0’s NORAD number
• Your wallet address (must match the one connected to Spacecoin airdrop page)

Prize Structure:

• 100 Cadets with the correct submissions will be randomly selected
• Winners will receive an equal share of the $2,500 SPACE token pool
• Important: Use the same wallet address from your Spacecoin airdrop registration. Wallets flagged for suspicious or botted behavior will be automatically disqualified.

Deadline: November 7, 11:59 am PST

The announcement of winners and distribution of rewards will happen post-TGE.

Verify, Don’t Trust

This challenge requires minimal technical knowledge and takes only minutes to complete. You’ll use the same NORAD catalog data that governments and space organizations worldwide reference for orbital verification. You’ll see where CTC-0 is right now, when it passes over your city, and you’ll have government-verified proof that Spacecoin operates real hardware in low-Earth orbit.

Submit your findings before the deadline, confirm your wallet address matches your airdrop registration, and you could be one of 100 Cadets sharing the prize pool.

CTC-0 is overhead. Go find it, Cadets.
