Aesthera vs EntityMed (2026): AI Facial Simulators for Med Spa Websites

We make Aesthera, so read our take with that in mind. This is not an independent review. Everything we say about EntityMed comes from EntityMed’s own public pages, read in November 2026.

Aesthera is the better choice for a med spa that wants a premium, clinic-branded treatment preview living inside its own website. Visitors pick a tox or filler treatment, upload a selfie and leave contact details to reveal the preview, and the lead lands in your inbox or CRM. EntityMed is a white-label simulator link and QR code with its own built-in CRM and marketing tools.

Both products start from the same truth: patients want to see themselves, not a stranger in a before-and-after gallery. Where they differ is the home of that moment.

EntityMed describes its simulator as a branded, white-label link and QR code. Its FAQ lists where to put that link: a website banner, Google Ads campaigns, an Instagram bio or Linktree, Facebook and TikTok, email and SMS campaigns, and a QR poster in and outside the clinic. Contact details are captured before the patient uses the simulator and go into EntityMed’s built-in lead management platform.

Aesthera sits on your website itself. It’s a single iframe you paste into an HTML block, and it’s styled to your clinic’s colours, fonts and call-to-action text. The visitor never leaves your page for a simulator link. They choose a treatment, upload a selfie, enter their contact details, and the preview unlocks right there.

That difference sounds small. It isn’t. Your website is where your brand, your injectors, your reviews and your booking button already live. Keeping the preview there means the most emotional moment in the patient’s research happens on your turf, under your name.

EntityMed details come from EntityMed’s own pages as of November 2026. “Not stated” means we didn’t find it on the pages we read.

To be fair to EntityMed, it does a lot. According to its site:

If you want one vendor to run your simulator, your ads, your SMS and your lead pipeline, that bundle is the point of EntityMed.

Aesthera is built for the clinic that already has its stack and wants the best possible preview experience on its own site.

The result is a preview that feels like part of your clinic’s website, because it is.

Pick Aesthera if:

  • Your revenue is mostly tox and filler, and you want those exact areas covered.
  • You care about how the experience looks and feels on your own site.
  • You already have a CRM or booking system and don’t want another portal.
  • You want a simple, one-line answer when a patient asks what happens to their photo.

EntityMed may suit you if:

  • You want breast, vision screening or weight loss simulators alongside facial.
  • You’d rather run the simulator mainly as a shareable link and QR code.
  • You want ads, SMS nurturing and a CRM bundled in from the same vendor.

For a med spa that wants a premium preview on its own website, yes, in our view. Aesthera embeds directly on your site, covers 12 named tox and filler areas, sends leads to your inbox or CRM, and deletes clinic widget photos within 60 minutes. EntityMed centres on a simulator link, QR code and its own CRM.

Where the preview lives. Aesthera runs inside your website as one iframe. EntityMed describes a white-label simulator link and QR code that you share across your website banner, ads, social, email, SMS and posters.

Aesthera: tox for masseter, forehead, glabella, crow’s feet and DAO, plus filler for lips, chin, undereye, jawline, perioral lines, cheeks and temples. EntityMed lists lips, cheeks, under-eye, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, forehead toxins and a toxin brow lift, plus separate breast, vision and weight loss simulators.

Yes. Both collect contact details before the visitor sees a result. Aesthera sends the lead and chosen treatments to your inbox or CRM. EntityMed sends it to its built-in CRM, which lists integrations with several CRMs and EMRs.

Aesthera deletes uploads from clinic widgets within 60 minutes and keeps no copies. EntityMed’s privacy policy says it keeps personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for; we didn’t find a fixed deletion window.

After a short scoping call, the widget goes on your site as a single iframe pasted into an HTML block, which takes under five minutes on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify or a custom site.

No. Aesthera wrote it. We’ve described EntityMed only from its own public pages and avoided claims we couldn’t check there.

No. Previews are simulations for informational and marketing engagement. They don’t predict or guarantee clinical outcomes and aren’t medical advice.
