Day-3 Note in VIth Semester
Today only a single class on computer vision was there for which I had to sit in front bench after ages. Some image techniques were taught. Image analysis involves some fundamental steps like pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction and classification. Preprocessing is the direct manipulation of the pixel intensity values.
Some of preprocessing techniques are as follows, brightness and contrast, histogram equalisation, color normalization and filtering. Filtering is typically uses in convolution neural networks.
A value X is added to pixel to increase the brightness and multiplied to increase the contrast. I shall refer to textbook mentioned for histogram equalisation first, then explain here.

I answered all the questions correctly in the QNU labs assessment I have taken. I will discuss remaining part in next note. Clearly, solvign questions is the priority.
