A Voice At Sea: Part 2
My travels will shortly conclude. We will enter the Caribbean Sea tomorrow after crossing the Atlantic. A wide divide between nations, indeed, but no longer unconquered; the implications of what occurs on one continent have a major impact on others.
Today is election day in America, and many are holding their breath in anticipation. Rumors of increased fortifications are circulating, as if something big is about to happen. A civil uprising? More global despair? Perhaps both? Students of biblical prophecy are hinting that 2027 will be eventful; perhaps the culmination of the great tribulation. I have felt that eventful times are upon us, and the times of testing all humanity 🙃 are occurring. Still, others are so bold as to say the Lord will return at the conclusion of 2027. I don’tict or encourage such predictions, but a brother in Christ gave me a passage from the Old Testament: Hosea 6:2, a minor prophet, with what seems to belikeatement that fits the context of Revelation 20-22. I read the entire chapter of Hosea 6 and concluded it seems like a standalone statement, not directly connected to events in Hosea’s time. What caught my attention in Hosea 6:2 were the two days leading up to one day of restoration, followed by unity spent in God’s presence, and the descent of the heavenly Jerusalem to the restored earth, with God dwelling directly with His people in Revelation chapters 21 and 22. Things seem to make sense in my spirit.
I still plan to do more study on this when I return home, but given the special day we are now living in, it’s very possible that unrest might be released before I fully return. If so, few will be reading this or in any mood for study.

My point is that the millennium restoration of Israel under Jesus seems to stand out in Revelation 20 as an anomaly, with little Old Testament support. I understand there were many promises by God to restore the nation that remain unfulfilled, but thought the completion of God’s dwelling with His people included such promises. Hosea presents a connection to the millennium but even more! If the millennium is the day before complete unity in the very presence of God, then what are the two days of restoring before the millennium? Could it be the two thousand years since the time of Jesus authorizing the church to spread out and teach the gospel to the world? When that gospel is spread, the end comes.
We are now in a convergence. With technology adding to mass global communications and years of missionary activities the globe has virtually, if not literally been reached. The great falling away is in progress; the strength of the gospel on unbelievers is growing weak, the love of humanity is cold, and falsehood replaces truth. Churches are filling with the unconverted without the Spirit and false prophets are everywhere!
The two days before the restoration of Israel are nearly done, to be followed by a day of the restored millennial kingdom. This is followed by the final cleansing of Gog/magog. Then all scripture is complete.
When I say “Israel,” I mean biblical Israel: all twelve tribes, plus the Gentiles added to their number. Not the current version of what, at best, can be called Judea, going by the name of Israel. Always beware of substitutes! The placement of Jews in the land of ancient Judea is not a fulfilled prophecy.
I understand this is hard to swallow, as it was for me. However, if true, the coming days will heat up rapidly, not in some vague, distant future. Be wary and stay extra watchful!
