Interesting article. However, I am not sure we need AI to feel. After all, it is a machine. My concern is that we continue to teach humans how to feel and understand their emotions. Social media and gaming platforms have already created an environment that has caused our children to bypass their feelings and human instincts to interact at those machine levels. I think it is important for AI to be responsive while it learns to interpret what humans need from them to accomplish specific tasks.
