THE REFLECTION IN ME

My Life. My Story. My Strength. My Purpose.

This book is a reflection of my life, my experiences, my struggles, my growth, and the woman I am becoming.

For a long time, my story was something I carried quietly. I experienced things that changed me, challenged me, and took away parts of my voice. But my past does not define my future.

I decided that my story would become something bigger than me.

I created The Reflection in Me Alliance, an organization for domestic violence survivors and advocates. I wanted to build something that would remind women that they are not alone, that their voices matter, and that their stories deserve to be heard.

Through my organization, I want to help survivors find their voices again, connect with other women, raise awareness, support those who need a helping hand, and stand together for change.

This book is not just about what happened in my life. It is about what I chose to do with my experiences.

It is about taking something painful and turning it into purpose. It is about showing other women that they can rebuild, rediscover themselves, and become more than what they have been through.

I am sharing my reflection because I know there are women who may be looking in the mirror and struggling to recognize the person staring back at them.

I want them to know something:

You are still here. You still matter. Your voice still matters. Your story is not over.

I built The Reflection in Me Alliance because I believe survivors should not have to stand alone.

My story became my voice. My voice became my purpose. And my purpose became an organization.

This is my reflection. This is my journey. This is my reason.

And this is only the beginning.
