Not One Shot Was Fired, Yet Chaos Is Erupting In the USA

Seismic Upheaval Plunging Us Into Chaos
An article detailing the seismic upheaval by the current administration that many lawyers describe as illegal left me frozen to my seat, staring through the window. Government agencies have been shut down, putting many thousands out of work, high-security positions are being held by individuals who are poised to take actions that could put millions of US citizens in financial disarray.
This turmoil is unprecedented, and it comes from a leader who weeks ago said he wanted to be known as a peacemaker and unifier.
Without a shot fired, the whole nation is plunged into chaos. A silent storm of outrage, bitterness, and fear is spreading through the air — quiet for now, but ready to explode.
We have a right to be angry. We have a right to protest.
I’m Feeling the Pain and I’m Concerned
For parents. For young children. For college students. For every person caught in the middle of these drastic changes.
I shiver inside, imagining the confusion and pain they must be feeling.
The truth is, we’re all affected.
A few years ago, all hell broke loose in my life.
But it wasn’t loud. There was no chaos, no visible destruction — just a quiet unraveling.
I remember that sinking feeling — the weight of despair pressing into my chest. And I didn’t handle it well.
I didn’t know what to do.
I prayed to God for help, but nothing changed.
Negative Words and Thoughts are Our Worst Enemies
Waves of negative thinking pulled me deeper and deeper into despair. I kept reliving the mistakes, the betrayals, the pain — until they became an endless loop in my mind.
But what I didn’t realize was that my greatest enemies weren’t the people who wronged me. They were the words I spoke and the thoughts I fed.

I had unknowingly handed over my power — allowing past wounds to dictate my present, letting resentment and self-doubt take the wheel.
As a nation we are all watching and hearing stuff we don’t like but please don’t let fear unravel you.
Remain in Control of Your Inner World
Don’t give your control away to anyone — whether to the person in the highest office in the land or a friend who slandered you.
Trust me, it’s not worth it. The bitterness, the resentment — it only poisons you. It’s a sickening, helpless feeling that robs you of sleep, eats away at your peace, and can even manifest as illness.
You don’t deserve to live in the darkness of fear, hate, or anger.
You deserve to live in the light of love and peace in spite of the circumstances.
Praying won’t help if your mind is drowning in negativity. I know — I lived that way for too long before I finally woke up. (My negativity was blocking my prayer.)
So, you’ve got to do this instead:
- Every time a negative thought arises, replace it with something kind and loving. Yes, it will feel unnatural at first.
- Send love to those who have hurt you, even the ones who cost you your job. Not because they deserve it, but because you deserve peace.
I know — it won’t feel right at first. You’ll push back. You’ll think, They don’t deserve my love. And that’s okay.
So, grit your teeth if you have to. Do it anyway. Wish them good health. Pray blessings.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because they deserve it.
But because you do.
Sending love and positive wishes will lift your spirit. It will help you heal from the inside out.
After a while, you’ll be able to watch the news or see what’s happening without letting it drag you down. And before you know it, sending love will feel natural — effortless. You’ll hold onto your peace no matter what’s going on around you.
