FITNESS AND LIFE

What is fitness without revolving around life?

What if exercise shouldn’t be structured as another busy schedule that needs to be sneaked into a packed schedule?

Although exercise comes with different discomforts and challenges, can they be minimized?
This is an unanswered question that we want to solve with the help of the next line of movement that we want to launch.

Fitness should fit life and not life revolving around fitness. Exercise should be realistic to adapt to daily living. You shouldn’t spend time you could use to start moving building a perfect workout routine. Your schedule doesn’t have to be perfect before you start moving.

The reason why most people fail to keep up with the routine is that their routine is maybe overburdened, not realistic, and hard to start, maintain, and sustain. They fail to appreciate movement before perfection and consistency without complication. The ideal thing is to make movement a lifestyle, not an obligation; build a routine and exercise on your terms.
This is the reason for the pre-launch, thought-provoking platform that can help bridge the gap between exercise, busy schedules, lifestyle, and sustainability.

“Solo workout: a sustainable way into the fitness world”

Do you think exercise is difficult to stay with?

Well, I also had that challenge a long time ago. After making a perfect plan that is too good to follow, it ended up in a trash bin because of a lack of consistency. I tried initially and sustained it for a few weeks, after which everything died down because work got demanding, responsibilities accumulated, unexpected events surfaced, and gradually, exercise slipped out of the picture.

What if we are solving a particular problem wrongly, and blame it on our self-discipline?

What if motivation isn’t preventing you the way you think? Motivation indeed starts action, but systems sustain it.
Or, most importantly, what if the real deal is finding a way to exercise that doesn’t constantly compete with your already planned routine?

So, do you think it is difficult, or that you haven’t figured out the best way to go about it? Or perhaps solving a particular problem in the wrong direction? The next line of movement will help you ponder this deeply.

Thinks of this

Does traveling down to a gym make you physically active and consistent in maintaining the routine, or do you have to rearrange an already demanding day to meet with the program schedule?

Could solo workouts with the right structure and guidance offer a more practical alternative for busy professionals like me, yet still maintain the routine?

Behind this, is the reason I’m particularly in building and sharing some of my exercise hack experience with you, connecting the relationship between exercise, human behaviour, physiology, and everyday experiences in making it sustainable most especially busy professionals.

So, I want to dig deep into why we start and why we stop, what makes certain routines easier to maintain, and whether building an independent exercise routine makes it more accessible to sustain daily living. This is more than a conversation about workouts. It is about understanding the reasons, encounters, and facts to help build a habit that can survive real life.

This is the beginning of something that I have been nurturing: A platform built around making exercise simple, flexible, practical, and sustainable for people with busy schedules so that no one would be left out.

Before introducing that bigger idea, I want to understand the people it intends to serve.

Just a quick one

During a busy schedule, or when life gets busy, what happens to your exercise routine?
Do you adapt, or does exercise become the first thing to get rid of in your schedule?
Your experience matters.

A bigger conversation is coming: a practical approach to exercise, along with a Google Form to gather people’s experiences, on which that approach will be built.

Expect to see the social media links where most of the physical actions will be displayed, as well as the founder behind this development.
