As I do more and more slow travel internationally, I think there is merit to this. I am also looking into renting a storage locker or two in key locations where I can keep some of the things that make life more enjoyable while still having flexibility in where I stay.
That storage locker idea is gold for slow travel. It gives you the comfort of personal essentials without chaining you down to a full apartment lease. Where are you thinking of setting up your first hub?
