Why Do You Keep Answering the Same Customer Questions?

The questions you keep answering may reveal what your message hasn’t explained.

You’ve spent time getting your business in front of people.

Maybe you’ve built a website, published articles, or started a newsletter. People are finding you, and some are interested enough to reach out.

That’s encouraging.

But then the conversation begins, and you’re explaining the same things you’ve explained dozens of times before.

What exactly do you do? Is this service right for someone like me? Do you still offer that other thing?

There’s nothing wrong with people asking questions. In fact, it’s a good sign when someone wants to know more.

The problem comes when you’re repeatedly answering questions your marketing should have addressed before the conversation started.

At that point, your marketing may create more work than you realize.

The explanations you barely notice anymore

When you run a solo business, answering questions comes with the territory.

Someone emails asking about a service. You reply with a little more detail.
