This is how becoming fit and strong will change your entire life.

I dedicated last 3 years of my life to becoming the best possible version of myself.

3 years ago I looked myself in the mirror, and being 20kg heavier than today, I was disgusted by what I saw. Every single morning I struggled with what to wear, should I even bother putting makeup on, doing my hair, doing my nails, sometimes I even questioned washing my face and showering because everything was a struggle.

Every morning was the same question: What is the point?

Up until the end of 2023 I led a very busy and intense life. I was still in University, working 2 jobs to support myself, had an active social life, taking care of my grandparents and trying to take care of myself. I slept 4–5 hours a day and eating the most processed foods that exist. Most of my diet consisted of sandwiches and snacks from a nearby gas station while I was working at a bar that led me to drink alcohol every single day. I was rarely home.

Beginning of 2024, I moved to Ireland, trying to run away from this unbroken loop of struggle. I was still studying, so going abroad for an internship seemed like the perfect move to run away from constant bad decisions I couldn’t get myself out of.
