今天白天雖然很快地回到了家裡，然後本來早上要開始學英文聽力，但是聽一點點之後，就一直分心跑去做其他事情，看 YT 影片，然後開始看到別人成功的樣子，開始妒忌然後又讓自己更加焦慮。
我接下來要開始練習，如果分心的話，先把想法想下來，或者是在察覺到之後告訴自己再等等再去看那部影片，或者先不看。我的大腦太容易接收到新的事物之後，就覺得這件事情非常的重要。於是跟我自己原本要做的事情就無法分清楚誰應該優先做，我被自己的多巴安控制，大腦渴望閱讀新的資訊，而忽略了自己 commitment 要做已經安排的事情。
但是不要刻意去譴責自己做不到，或者覺得自己不好，接受現在的自己，不用刻意去和那些持續在努力的 Youtuber 比較，我只要和自己的昨天比較就好。
至少我現在非常清楚茶覺得自己的注意力的訓練不太足夠，但是今天透過聽力練習之後，持續性地寫下東西，再次去聽同樣的句子時，確實有成功的辨識出單字與連字的差異。雖然目前只推進了這部影片的三分鐘，但確實感受到有很少量的成長。這是好的現象，別人都說剛開始起步都是最難的，後面的持續性我則是在接下來的假日中，繼續觀察自己並且做訓練。
