In this episode of Beyond the Classroom, I was the host, and I brought my dad as a guest speaker. I interviewed him; he is a high school principal. He talked about the experiences he’s faced in education. We discuss the many challenges that schools and the education system face; he talks about how principles supports teacher and students in the best way they can and gives me and others advice for future teaching. I also share my perspective as a future elementary teacher.
