Absolutely true Jason. I believe wholeheartedly in non-violent protest, when it's needed. And I'm a Boomer, not Gen X!

Thank you for writing this, it's a wonderful piece of writing. We all need to be reminded that kindness can change the world, but we all need to practise it for that to happen.

But can I just check on something you wrote - is it really illegal to help people who are hungry, thirsty or homeless in America? If so, in Heaven's name - why?
