What we are witnessing right now, is an unprecedented surge of global data regulations and an avalanche of news articles dissecting these laws, assuming that the fundamentals of DATA as is, to be common knowledge.
But here’s the twist! while headlines shout about data protection, consent, and privacy, a surprising number of us are left in the dark, grasping at the shadows of understanding.
In our age of information overload, where terms like DPDP, Data Fiduciary, SCCs along with countless others pepper discussions are thrown ever so casually, the rudimentary understanding of this subject and its process remains unanswered for many.
