Ai-Thinker LoRaWAN Module Ra-09/Ra-09H STM32WLE5 Chip
Ra-09(H) module is a LoRaWAN module developed by Ai-Thinker CO.,LTD and ST in deep cooperation. The chip model of the module is STM32WLE5CCU6, Flash 256 KB, SRAM 64 KB, and core 32-bit Arm® Cortex-M4 48MHz. Ra-09(H) module factory built-in AT firmware program, directly use to connect to LoRaWAN gateway.
It can be widely used in various IoT scenarios:
