Flutter is an open-source cross-platform framework/SDK for developing applications for multiple platforms like android, iOS, web, windows, mac, etc, from a single codebase. It was announced by google in 2015, almost 2 years after ReactNative from Facebook. And If you are wondering what ReactNative is; it is almost the same thing, but we will deal with that later.
Flutter uses dart as its language and relies on c++ components for it. This is a framework that can be used for both front-end and back-end development. It was developed by Eric Seidel and his team at google and was initially called Sky. But we will go into the history later.
