Why I Got An Aircon Servicing Contract With ServiceBack.com
Hi again guys! Today we will be talking about why I decided to get an aircon servicing contract with Service Back.
So in my previous article, I mentioned that I did a one-time aircon servicing with Service Back for my aircon units. Just a summary, my aircon servicing experience with them was good. I think their technicians are reliable and trustworthy. They were also very professional and friendly. I like how they were meticulous and informed me exactly what was wrong and what was needed. They also made sure I was aware of all extra costs before proceeding with the additional jobs. If they didn’t tell me before proceeding I think I would have been mad! Luckily they did, which showed that they were professional and honest people.
But why a contract and not continue to book one-time servicing? I was looking at their blog and read this article that talked about the differences between a one-time servicing and a servicing contract. You guys should go take a look at it sometime! Their blog contents are actually kind of interesting and helpful. I think I’m gonna refer to them while writing my other articles.

Also, Google says that we should service our aircon once every few months (anywhere from 3–6 months). So we should service the aircon at least twice a year. If I bought a contract, it would definitely be more convenient since I wouldn’t have to keep booking every few months.
And because my priority right now is my two kiddos, I want them to feel comfortable and not fall sick. One of them has a dust allergy so I need the aircon filter to be clean and working effectively. Also, it was quite hot after January, so I was glad I got them to clean my aircon before the hot weather started to get worse. My other kiddo has eczema, so sometimes I have to turn on the aircon for her. When your babies have allergies and skin problems, you will understand how important it is for us parents to make sure they are in an environment where they can be free from their conditions. So a clean and working aircon is very important in my home. So a contract will benefit my kids a lot more.
If you are in a similar situation as me, I really recommend that you try out a servicing contract. It can save you a lot of time and energy like how it did for me. Hopefully, my experience can help you!
