This Simple Life incident Taught me Valuable Lesson on Life
Yesterday, with a clear goal in mind, I set out to dine at a dining hall in Karvenagar that I vaguely remembered. Yet, to my surprise, it was nowhere to be found. For a moment, I considered settling for a kusalkar putla dosa, but my determination spurred me on. I ventured further in hopes of locating the elusive dining hall, only to return empty-handed.

Unfazed, I decided to turn back and, as I did, the signboard for Karvenagar caught my eye. Swiftly turning my bike, I embarked on a ride towards Karve. Enticing biryani shops lined the path, tempting me at every step. Yet, I held true to my goal of the dining hall, bolstered by my past experiences of the multitude of eateries in Karvenagar.
Pressing on, I tried to navigate the roads, in hopes of finding the dining hall. I found myself on a unfamiliar road, yet, in my heart, I harboured hope that I was on the right path. I saw a less crowded road, and continued forward, yet there were no signs of any eateries, let alone the dining hall.
Feeling a sense of resignation, I decided to return to the biryani shop that I had seen earlier. But as fate would have it, I took a different road and there it was, the dining hall I had been searching for!
I relished a hearty meal of Dal baati there, which was nothing short of delightful. My journey taught me a valuable lesson — never to settle too quickly for what you want. You may find yourself lost initially wavering from your original goal, but with tenacity, you will attain what you desire.
