Creating interactive, standalone, and shareable charts with Python remains a real challenge. Static plots from Matplotlib or Seaborn are fast but limited. Full Streamlit apps and BI tools are powerful, yet often heavier than the question you are trying to answer and can be impractical for sharing with the end-user because of engineering dependencies and the need for company publishing or public services.

D3Blocks forms the middle layer that supports interactive exploration, light enough to share as a single file, and simple enough that you only need Python for development, and finally you only need a normal internet browser to open the chart. D3Blocks is built on D3.js, which turns a plain dataframe into one of 19 interactive chart types, always packaged as a single self-contained HTML file.
