What is to be done with those anxious, stressed, mixed up feelings and thoughts you may be having as the day rolls or crashes by?

Prayer can help, even if it is only one word — HELP!

And God will help in ways only He can.

Have you considered the Lord’s prayer — using it as a model for what you want to say? It’s all there! Think about it as you read:

After this manner therefore pray:
Our Father
Which art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy kingdom come,
They will be done
In earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory,
For ever.
Amen.
Matthew 6:9–13 KJV

Can you memorize or re-memorize Jesus’ prayer?

Prayer very well could untangle your day…or even your life.
