3 Types of Belly Fat
and how to get rid of each one of them
I’ve noticed something really interesting recently. If you are someone who is troubled by your stubborn belly fat, there are actually 3 different types of bellies which not only look different, but operate on an entirely different timeline. I want to help you identify which type of belly you have and, realistically, how long it takes to get rid of it.
But first, I’m going to go over two big problems that will make any belly look a lot worse than it actually is.
Problem #1: Bad Posture.
If you spend more than 9 hours a day sitting down, try this experiment. Stand sideways in front of a mirror and keep your posture the way you normally would.
Now, squeeze your glutes to rotate your pelvis so that the arch in your lower back becomes less curved and watch your belly.
Do this without sucking in your stomach or flexing your abs.
If your belly fat is a lot less noticeable, a part of your problem could be anterior pelvic tilt, not just fat.
To fix your belly, it’s not just a diet. You should also be adjusting your training program to strengthen your glutes and abs.
