5 Steps to Wake Up Early Without Feeling Tired
How I changed my mornings, stopped fighting my alarm, and learned to enjoy waking up early without feeling exhausted.
There was a time when I thought waking up early without feeling tired was something only naturally productive people could do.
I would set my alarm for 6 AM, feel excited about my fresh morning routine the night before, and then completely regret that decision when the alarm started ringing.
Five more minutes. That was always my promise.
Somehow, those five minutes turned into thirty. I would finally get out of bed feeling rushed, sleepy, and annoyed with myself. The morning sunlight was already filling my room, and I was still trying to convince myself to start the day.
The funny thing? I genuinely wanted peaceful mornings. I wanted time for myself, a slow breakfast, a little reading, and the feeling of being ahead of my day.
But I was approaching everything backward.
I was focusing on waking up early without paying attention to how I was preparing for sleep. I thought the secret was stronger discipline. It turned out that my evening habits mattered just as much as my morning habits.
