The Quiet $15K/Month AI Automation Model Solo Operators Don’t Talk About (High-Ticket Systems, Low Volume)
Three clients, 30 hours a week, and no funnel. Why I traded a crowded roster for a few high-ticket systems in one industry.
I have three clients. That’s my entire business.
When I tell people this, they usually assume I’m either lying or failing. Neither is true. Last month I invoiced $16,500, I worked about 30 hours a week, and I took a four-day weekend in the middle of it.
I don’t post screenshots. I don’t have a course. I don’t have a funnel. I’d barely call myself an “AI automation agency.” And I think that’s exactly why it works.
The Rat Race I Left
For two years, I did what every guide recommended. I chased volume. I had 14 clients paying $500 to $1,500 each. I had a tracking board that looked like a subway map. I answered messages at 10 p.m. I was making roughly the same $11,000 a month I make now, but I was miserable.
One Tuesday, I counted my open tasks: 63. Across 14 businesses, in 14 tool setups, with 14 different personalities. A client messaged me, “Quick question!” which, in my experience, is never quick.
